Duties:
- Assist the President in directing, controlling and organizing all activities the SLCCO shall undertakes
- Shall report to the president upon completion of an
assignment
Shall assume the office of President in the event of the absence, resignation, relocation, or death of the President - Shall not inherit the authority to be a signatory to bank and/or investment accounts held by the SLCCO; such authority shall be assigned to specific officers elected to office by a vote of the general Members
- Shall not inherit the authority of Trusteeship unless elected to the
- office of President by the General Members.
