Social Secretary
Duties:
- Plan and supervise all entertainments for SLCCO functions
- Secure all necessary supplies and ensure the proper use of the same
- Keep a record of all expenses and submit the same to the treasurer for inclusion in financial reports
- Secure additional help from general members as Social Secretary shall require
- Report any problems that shall occur to the President, or other members of the executive, for assistance
- Be directly accountable individually to the General members or collectively through the President
- Report to the president for administrative guidance relating to all activities approved by the SLCCO, Inc.
